What is a Jumpstart based web site? |
|

JumpStart is an inexpensive
way to give you a professional internet presence.
The pre-designed web sites provide a high quality
corporate-standard web site for your business
without the need to go through a complex and
expensive design process.
The basic design and structure of the site is fixed and cannot be altered
but each design offers a range of page styles and display options. Your
chosen style will be changed to include your own corporate logo and the
web sites are designed to be flexible and accommodating, allowing your
web content to be displayed in full. |

I see a design I like but it is in a different business area to my own.
What should I do? |

The categories are only suggestions about which designs might suit a
particular business type. If you see a design that you like it does not
matter which category it is in. The only thing to remember is that the
imagery and photographs for each site are loosely matched to the suggested
business type, although in many cases they can be used for several different
businesses.I like your JumpStart designs but I have my own images and
photography. How does that work?
No problem.
We can incorporate your own images into the design of the site. It is easier if they are already in an electronic format but if not they can be scanned by us. Using your own images will use up some of your Update Credits, but you start off with a generous package of 12 Update Credits to allow you to get your site set up and working in exactly the way you would like. |

How long
does it take to set up a JumpStart package? |
|
| |
|
You should allow about 10 working days for your web site to be
set up and available on the internet. This will
vary and much will depend on how quickly you
settle your web site content. Another factor
that can cause delays is the length of time required
to transfer a domain name that is already registered
from your existing domain name host. |

How do Update Credit work? |
| |
|
Every year your webpro
package includes 7 Update Credits. These can be used for
making changes and updates to your web site, to add new pages
or to change your email set up and add extra email addresses.
There is a Credit Tariff that sets out the cost for different
services.

What is included in
the 8 Update Credit charge for setting up an additional web
page? |

We
will set a new page up based on your chosen desgin and incorporate your text into it. The
cost includes making the page fit with your corporate style by using
your company logo on the page. The page will be linked into the other
pages on your site using the web site navigation links that are part
of the JumpStart design. |

What if I run
out of Update Credits? |
| |
|
No problem, you can easily
buy additional Credits in packs of 1, 5 or 10 units.
These will be charged to the credit or debit card
that is registered to your account. |

Can I transfer
my unused Update Credits or get a refund for unused Credits? |
| |
|
Unused Update Credits
can be carried forward indefinitely, but they have
no cash value and cannot be transferred. Update Credits
belong to a single webpro account and cannot be transferred
between accounts. If the account is closed, any unused
Credits expire at that time. |

Can I apply unused
Update Credits to pay for my annual package subscription? |
| |
|
No. Your Update Credits
can only be applied to items that are listed on the
Credit Tariff. Initial set up charges and recurring
subscription costs cannot be paid using Update Credits. |
